| The weather has been nice here in Western Massachusetts. And I took the opportunity to go to a beautiful, and open-minded, city of Northampton MA to sit on the Main street on a card-board with a sign saying "NAMASTE" and beg for money, to ask for alms, charity, pittance...whatever you wanna call it. This past week I have been there 3 times and I'll be back in near future, I'm sure. And I also will write more about experience; for now I will tell you that I could NOT make living (meaning pay rent, for meditation/yoga classes & sessions, bills & other necessities) just from Begging. BUT, people do offer me a food regularly, which of course with me is bit tricky since I want to become an Breatharian but I took those food donations when offered and yes, I did take it in. I just did not feel it would be right to sit there, skinny & all, and say no to such an act of gratitude. Plus I would probably still eat something here & there /since EVERYBODY around me is eating :-/ and this way I could save the money for rent or yoga because I really do not want to end up in shelter, because I can't imagine that would work that well for me and my spiritual well-being... Well, it is an humbling experience, to say the least, right but I feel it's something that cold work for me, that's right for me, at least at this moment in my life...feel like the right thing to do, from spiritual point, if that makes any sense. Thank you & Namaste Peter the Breatharian aka the Namaste beggar My Inspiration are Buddhist monks who regularly beg on the streets in Asian Buddhist countries, they do it for spiritual reasons and to help to maintain the monasteries; see the picture:

| I'm so psyched about the fact that Jasmuheen comments under my videos! Under the video I made about her, nonetheless http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=WM5gQiAqlLs Anyway, here is a copy of all the comments Jasmuheen left there so far:
There are so many people involved now in accessing prana as a nourishment stream and also in the researching of this. Their interviews can be seen in the documentary "In the Beginning There Was Light" which has enjoyed major cinematic release in many countries now. It helps us all to be well informed as education relieves ignorance then fear and our human potential as divine beings in form is limitless - love and light Jasmuheen.

| There are three main sources of prana, and we will discuss each of them below: - sun gazing
- walking barefoot
- conscious breathing
In order to begin to consciously access prana from other sources, it is helpful to understand that the threemajor sources of this energy are solar prana, air prana, and earth prana. Hira Ratan Manek's technique of sun gazing is a way to directly access prana from the sun. The basic premise is thatwhat we eat is actually a secondary or tertiary form of sun energy, since all fruits and vegetables are dependenton sunlight for their life. Getting our nutrients directly from the sun is a way to practice HRM's philosophy ofdirect access to Source, no intermediary needed. In order to practice the technique of sun gazing, it is essential that people stand barefoot on the earthwhile looking at the sun. He says that the earth is what protects the eyes from harm. Gazing at the sun is onlydone in the time frames of one hour after sunrise or one hour before sunset. HRM says there are no ultraviolet orany other harmful rays during this period. Sun gazing is a one-time practice in a person's lifetime. The way to begin is to look at the sun directly(right after sunrise or before sunset) for ten seconds the first day. Then the time is increased by ten seconds eachday. During this time you are free to pray, meditate, sing or engage in any other uplifting or spiritually fulfillingpractice. After nine months the gazer will be at a level of 44 minutes a day. At that point, the practice is complete. The proclaimed benefits of sun gazing include complete mental and physical health. After three monthsof the practice any and all mental illness will be dissipated. At six months practice, all diseases will be healed, including cancer and AIDS. By the time you achieve nine months of practice, physical hunger has begun tototally disappear. At this point the sun gazing practice is complete. After completing this phase, HRMrecommends that people walk barefoot on the sand (or earth) every day for 45 minutes and continue a dailypractice by accessing earth prana. When I left sunny Sacramento I had completed three months of the sun gazingpractice. Coming to Humboldt County, a place where fog is more prominent, brought a change of environmentas far as my ability to access daily doses of the sun's energy. It has been substituted with frequent barefoot walkson the beach. As an exercise and experience in pranic nourishment, I highly recommend you try walking on the beach, without shoes, in the awareness of being fed by Mother Earth. Make a commitment to the whole 45 minutes, intending to practice a discipline that can lead to the expansion of your consciousness. When you start walking, become aware of how your body feels. Are you hungry or satisfied? Do you have cravings or do you feelcomplete? If you have cravings or feel incomplete, what is it you want or need? How might you feel after youhave eaten this food? What would eating the food satisfy? Feel your feet on the sand. Ask Mother Earth to feedyou. When you have finished your walking contemplation, take some time to journal your feelings. In my experience, gazing at the sun is a powerful, intense and energizing experience. While looking intothe pulsating mass of energy, I can actually feel my body gain in life force capacity. When I again am living in aplace with daily sun, I plan to complete the nine-month practice. If you feel drawn to it, I recommend thewebsite, www.solarhealing.com. You can try the ten-second practice, always remembering to stand barefoot onthe earth, and only in the time frames of one hour after sunrise, and one hour before sunset. These ten secondsalone will give a wonderful experience of feeling fed by light. Be aware, you may become hooked on the sun! In the book Man's Higher Consciousness (1962), Professor Hilton Hotema says that the physical lungs, notthe stomach, are the life organs of the body. The most vital function of the body is breathing. The term"Breatharian" is referring to the body's ability to access all sustaining energy from the air itself, or air prana.Pranayama, the yoga of breathing, is a helpful, complimentary practice for almost every discipline thathas the goal of personal and spiritual growth and change. Conscious breathing brings our awareness right intoour bodies in the present moment, which is where all change happens. Our habit of shallow breathing, or underbreathing, is a way we have of energetically starving ourselves. It can create a feeling of low energy and lethargy, which in turn contributes to cravings for stimulating substances such as sugar and caffeine. These substancesthen become addictive, as our bodies come to rely on this source of false energy and forget how to access trueenergy from Source. The following are instructions for a basic pranayama technique designed to help tune into the UniversalSubstance of prana and to be able to utilize the energy received to vitalize the physical, emotional and mentalbodies. - Sit comfortably with your back straight and your feet flat on the floor.
- Empty your lungs.
- Start by inhaling completely to the count of four.
- Hold your breath for the count of four.
- Now exhale completely to the count of four.
- Hold the air out of your lungs for the count of four.
- Repeat this breath two to six times once or twice a day.
- You may increase the count by one second each week.
- When inhaling, try silently chanting Sooooooooooo.
- When exhaling, chant Hummmmmmm.
While you are breathing, have the intention that the breath is feeding you. After your meal of breathing theair around you, you can journal your feelings. How does this meal compare with Taco Bell or Burger King? | | |
| Recently, someone asked me a few question through my YouTube channel
http://www.youtube.com/user/breatharians (feel free to subscribe
I thought that may actually be an question that may interest more people, so here is the copy and the copy of my answer: Hello breatharian Besides my surprise I want to ask you what kind of life or activities do you do? I mean working, exercising, more than yoga. How does your body can respond to an adult body requirements, when you have a 10 year old boy body? Or also the known life disappears for all of you? . This way of life is not for the general, only for the few that are convinced that they have that superior force an knowledge.

Thanks for the comment, especially the encouraging ones To answer the questions from "Defende10": - It's true I do not work much manual work. I do some translating work (from Czech & Slovak languages), I do some teaching (mediation, yoga, Reiki etc.) -As for exercises., besides yoga if you say, I like to take walks in nature. But Breatharians don't have a need to exercise regularly as we don;t need to burn calories And same could said about work: if you don't need to spent several hundreds of dollars a month on drug, sorry, foods, then you don't need to work 50 hours a day. But given that I do not live in a cave or tent, I still have to pay rent, utilities, Internet, phone etc. Alright, take care all of you! Peter the Breatharian

Being nourished by prana is about allowing our Essence to do what it has always been able to do. To do this in a healthy way is about aligning our energy bodies back to that pure inner pool of nourishment that we all carry within. Applied with self responsibility it is a wonderful way of using the resources we all have at our disposal with a little more wisdom and care. Prana - as pure essence - if increased in all - can create a healthy, happy, harmonious planet! Love & Light Jasmuheen
