STOMACH NOT NORMAL

 The stomach is an abnormal inflation designed to store excess food untill your digestive tract can deal with it. When you fast or stop eating it shrinks back to its original tubular state, allowing your solar plexus(directly behind your stomach) to start beating again.
My own stomach is now quite minimal as I eat very little, only for social reasons and then it's fresh fruit only, like a piece of banana, half a apple and such. My stomach could not even accommodate some "regular' serving of foods, and eating a meat would really wreck havoc on my system now...

i just wanted to let you know that i've incorporated some of your techniques and lifestyle changes into my own life, and have experienced wonderful results. i am already feeling better about myself and am working on shrinking my stomach, thank you so much for sharing this blog with everyone :)

how long did it take for your stomach to schtink to your current size ?
